Public notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, October 29^th, 2024 commencing at 7:00 p.m., Iroquois County Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Clifford Bury Administrative Center, 1001 East Grant Street, Watseka, Illinois, to consider an application case number 24-ZBA-008 for a Rezoning Variance to change the zoning from A1 to RH1. This parcel is located in Section 07, Township 28 North, Range 11 West, PIN # 13-07-100-007 in Beaver Township. Petitioned by: Owner: Harvey & April Wilson 2858 N 2500 East Road Suite 2. This matter will be heard by the Iroquois County Zoning Board of Appeals.
