PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:  To  comply  with  the  Iroquois  County  Zoning  Ordinance,  a public hearing  shall  be  held  at  the  Clifford Bury  Administrative  Center,  1001  East  Grant Street,  Watseka,  Illinois  on  the 29^th day of August, 2023  at  the  hour  of  7:00 p.m. to consider  the  application of  Matthew Rudnick for a Variance to build a garage in the floodplain.  This tract is located in Section 5, Belmont Township, 26N, R 12W of the Second P.M.  The Permanent Identification Number is 26-05-300-018.  This tract is located at 1729 N County Hwy 43, Watseka, Illinois.
