PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:  To  comply  with  the  Iroquois  County  Zoning  Ordinance,  a public hearing  shall  be  held  at  the  Clifford Bury  Administrative  Center,  1001  East  Grant Street,  Watseka,  Illinois  on  the 28^th day of  May 2024  at  the  hour  of  7:00 p.m. to consider  the  application of  Sowmithri Baddela for a Rezoning Variance from A1 to RH1 for the purpose of building a home.  This tract is located in Section 4, Martinton Township, 28N, R 13W of the Second P.M.  The Permanent Identification Number is 11-33-300-032. This parcel is a split from parcel # 11-33-300-027. This tract is located at 2429 N 1550 East Road, Watseka, Illinois.
