Hearing for 2026 Update to the Iroquois County Solid Waste Management Plan

Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to consider the 2026 update to the Iroquois County Solid Waste Management Plan.  The hearing will be held by the Health Committee of the Iroquois County Board at the Clifford Bury Administrative Center, 1001 E. Grant, Watseka, IL on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 11 AM.  The hearing is being held pursuant to 415 ILCS 15/5 which requires the County to hold at least one hearing during the 90-day public comment and review period prior to approval of the Solid Waste Management Plan.
