Notice of Public Hearing for Amendment to the Iroquois County Zoning Ordinance 2-22-23

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:  To  comply  with  the  Iroquois  County  Zoning  Ordinance,  a public hearing  shall  be  held  at  the  Clifford Bury  Administrative  Center,  1001  East  Grant Street,  Watseka,  Illinois  on  the 22^nd  day of February at the hour  of  7:00 p.m. to consider  the  application of  Zachary Eisenmann for a rezoning variance from RR1 to Business for the purpose of  Commercial Mini  Storage Units . This tract is identified as lot  4 in Hislop Subdivision as shown in Plat Book J page 24 of the records of the Recorder of Iroquois County.  The Permanent Identification Number is 31-25-231-009.
